1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Vahmos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vahmos application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Journey Juntos, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Use of the Service

Vahmos provides a platform for coordinating group travel. You may use the Service to:

  • Create and manage group trips
  • Share itineraries and schedules with trip participants
  • Track RSVPs and attendance for activities
  • Manage accommodation assignments
  • Communicate trip-related information with your group

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Journey Juntos, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Vahmos name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Journey Juntos, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOURNEY JUNTOS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journey Juntos, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as via email or in-app notification).

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
